• 3:30-4:00pm Guests arrive/shuttle transportation
• 4:30pm Ceremony
• 5:00pm Cocktail hour with bites and lawn games
• 6:30pm Dinner
• 7:30pm Dancing!
• 10:00pm Good night

Our venue doesn't have a lot of parking, so we will provide a shuttle. Please arrive at the Woodinville Sports Fields parking lot between 3:30 and 4:00 to allow time for everyone to get there. The venue is about a 5 minute shuttle ride away.

Our wedding is semi-formal with a backyard vibe. We will be outside, walking on uneven grass, playing lawn games, and dancing so wear something cool and comfortable. No denim please.
